We are very confident that we can track your parcel live from dispatch to delivery ensuring a fluid like service.
For the smaller items (under 1kg) we use Royal Mail (signed for service) we have found these to be efficient and reliable giving a 98.5% delivery success rate) For larger items over 1kg Intial City Link or Interlink will safely deliver your parcel.
If for any reason our Couriers or Royal Mail loose your parcel we will dispatch your order to you straight away within the same day. We want you our member to be confident that once you have placed your order, it will arrive trouble free and fast!

Delivery & Risk

We dispatch items ordered by you as they are available using First Class Royal Mail in the UK, Interlink Link and City Link Couriers and Airmail or Express Carrier outside of the UK. The delivery charge is as set out in the Deliveries section. The Couriers will attempt to deliver your parcel and will request a signature. If for any reason the courier can not attain a signature at the requested delivery address they will leave your parcel safe with a neighbough or in a safe place. A card will be placed through the requested delivery address stating the destination of your parcel.
