Use
The Hollywood Fashion Website is provided on a free of charge basis for your personal use in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. By using the Hollywood Fashion Website you consent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the product description and specification is correct at time of going live. However, specification details may change. Offers subject to availability. R.R.P information can be supplied upon request.

These Terms and Conditions may be amended whenever Hollywood Fashion considers necessary. You should check the Terms and Conditions whenever you visit the Hollywood Fashion website. If you do use the Hollywood Fashion Website after the change occurs, you will be deemed to agree to the new Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions you should not continue to use the Hollywood Fashion website.

No liability is accepted by Hollywood Fashion in respect of the operation or content of such websites. The creation of links to the Hollywood Fashion Website is not permitted without the prior written consent of Hollywood Fashion.
Interruption and Availability
Due to the nature of the internet, Hollywood Fashion cannot guarantee that the Hollywood Fashion Website will be free from defects or interruption. If you should encounter a problem with the Hollywood Fashion Website please report it to Hollywood Fashion Marketing Department (Tel: 01482 329168) or by email to katie@hollywoodfashion.co.uk . Hollywood Fashion will try to correct the problem, as soon as reasonably practicable.
Every so often Hollywood Fashion will need to carry out maintenance or may introduce new elements to the Hollywood Fashion Website. Such work will be carried out as swiftly as possible to try to minimise any inconvenience.
Liability

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return it to us unworn and free from Perfume, Make Up and Deodorant within 14 days and we’ll give you a full refund or exchange. Hollywood Fashion does not offer a free returns service.
Please complete the returns slip on our website [Returns] note clearly stating which item you are returning and the action you would like us to take. If you request a refund then we will call you for your card details and the amount paid will go back onto your original payment card. If you request an exchange please indicate which size you require or alternatively, if you are choosing a different item, please advise the product code and size required. Please note if the exchange item is cheaper in price then we will automatically refund the difference, however if the item is more expensive then we will charge your card accordingly. We do not charge postage for any exchange items being sent out to you.
If you made your order via the phone then simply enclose a covering letter with your name and full address together with your requirements.
Hollywood Fashion does not have a free collection service for returns; therefore take your parcel to the post office and request the standard delivery service, ensuring you opt for the extra compensation if the contents of your parcel exceed the value of £32 – this will ensure you are adequately covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit. We will happily refund the cost of your postage if the item you are returning is faulty or was incorrectly sent. Hollywood Fashion cannot be held responsible for any returns parcel lost in the post, therefore please keep your receipt as proof of postage. Please also note that there is a re-stocking fee of £5.00 for goods that are not suitable.
